Food that helps in maintaining good eyesight:-
doctors always advice to eat green vegetable as much as you can due to to the vitamins and minerals present in the green vegetable. Spinach is one of the vegetable which is rich in vitamins like E, A, B and C and minerals like IRON and ZINC and some important phytonutrients like lutein. Spinach also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. One must consume sufficient amount of spinach as it helps to prevent eye problems like cataract, as it also contains zinc it also helps to keep our cornea healthy.
You can spinach in different ways like you can add fresh spinach to salad and eat with lunch and dinner and also you can add spinach into your smoothies.

You can consume kale in different ways like you can add it to your salad, smoothies also you can eat it raw. 200 grams of kale provide you around 21 grams of lutein.
broccoli is one of the most efficient vegetable which helps in to keeps your eyes healthy and well as in body growth as most of the fitness trainers advice to consume it. Broccoli has vitamins like A, E, C present in it which makes it a good to eat food to your eyes. Try to eat a good amount of broccoli whenever possible as it helps to maintain good eyesight.
carrots are one of the most efficient and full of nutrients vegetable. Carrots are enriched in beta carotene which is an antioxidant and fore-runner of vitamin A. In a study it is found that consuming a good amount of carrot improves night visions in most of the people and helps in maintaining good eyesight.
You can consume carrot in a number of ways like drink a good amount of carrot juice, adding it to the salads, eat raw carrots. (Don’t eat too much carrot as high amount of vitamin A can be toxic sometimes)
