Cleansing: Cleansing is essential for healthy natural skin care as it helps to remove the dirt, bacteria and impurities from our skin. When we go outside several type of impurities sets on our skin due to which cleansing is very important, it also helps to open the clogged pores of our skin. Wash your face regularly with face specific cleanser and some warm water.

Drink a lot of water: Drinking good amount of water is very important for our natural skin care and overall health. If you drink enough water it helps to keep our body hydrated which leads to radiant and glowing skin. Drinking enough water keeps our skin moisturized and hydrated which provides better skin color and elasticity as compare to dehydrated skin.

Proper sleep: Getting proper sleep is very essential for natural skin care as it helps our body to function properly. An average person needs at least 7 – 8 hours of sleep at night. If someone is getting lesser sleep than that, he looks tired most of the time, had a full skin and become the reason for appearing dark circles under your eyes. By getting proper sleep you can avoid most of these problems.

Using Sunscreen: excess exposure to the sun can lead to some serious skin problems, ultraviolet rays of the sun can cause skin damage which leads to skin discoloration and sun spots. So we need to use sunscreen on the body parts that are exposed to the sun whenever we need to go outside in the sun, as it helps to protect our skin from the ultraviolet rays of the sun.

But you should not over consume the carrots as it can lead to discoloration of the skin.

• Let this paste stay for 10 – 20 minutes then wash it off with some plain water
• Use this twice a week for better results

Aloe Vera gel: Aloe Vera is a natural skin care moisturizer which is also known for its healing and nourishing the skin. It also helps to regenerate the new skin cells and also provides you glowing skin.

How To Use:
• Directly apply the Aloe Vera gel on your face.
• Let it stay for 15 – 20 minutes, and then wash your face with some lukewarm water.

Baking Soda: Baking soda has anti-inflammation properties which also soothes the skin. Baking soda is a good skin exfoliation agent which helps to remove the dead skin cells from our skin and also maintain the skin ph level.

• Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, now add half tablespoon of honey.
• Use this mixture on your face and massage in circular motion.
• Let it stay for 8 – 10 minutes, then wash your face with cool water.
• Use this once in a week for better results.
